From 2:00 PM PDT - 3:40 PM PDT, we identified various products and services were impacted that leverage the service stream of Snowflake which include API, WWW, data shares, and analytics. Snowflake has remediated their internal issue, and this issue is now fully resolved.
Snowflake has provided the preliminary root cause to be a configuration change within the Metadata layer which caused the issue. We have created an escalation case with Snowflake to better understand root cause and iSpot will be conducting our own internal RCA to identify any additional areas of improvement.

We are observing recovery of service and all affected products are fully accessible. Snowflake continues to implement their remediation efforts. We are marking this incident as monitoring until the third-party vendor fully resolves their issue.

Identified -
We have received internal alerts indicating an issue with Snowflake dependencies with our front-end leveraging Snowflake that is impacting our API, data shares, WWW, and analytics. Snowflake has posted that they are investigating the issue which is impacting US-West. We will provide updates as Snowflake makes progress resolving their internal outage.
